Projects

Covers Upwork, Direct / Outside projects, and Fiverr — same formula and percentage distribution across all platforms.

How the cycle works: Earnings are collected for 3 months across all platforms. The bank balance after platform fees is the starting point. Tax (15%) and company expenses are deducted first, then the profile/platform owner fee (10%) on what remains. What is left is the net distributable pool — every percentage is calculated on that number only. Direct/Outside projects have no platform fee deduction — the waterfall skips Step 3.

The 3-month payout waterfall

Same order for every cycle. Step 3 (platform/profile owner fee) only applies to Upwork and Fiverr — not Direct projects.

Platform and profile matrix

Covers all platforms — Upwork, Direct, and Fiverr. Same percentage rules apply everywhere. Only the platform owner fee differs.

* On Arslan and Asif — Sahiba is BD lead, so her 25% of remainder is her BD earnings. She does not take a separate BD % on top.
Remainder = net pool after tech % is deducted. Rehan always takes 60% of remainder, remaining 25% goes to Sahiba (Arslan/Asif only).
Direct projects: No platform fee. Tax + expenses deducted, then straight to split.
Fiverr: Same formula as Upwork. Fiverr gig owner gets 10% of net after tax + expenses.

Remainder after BD % and dev fixed fee goes to Rehan
RehanCEO / ownerEverything remaining$6,930 - $416 - dev fee
Sahiba—No share on these profiles—
BD person earns 6% regardless of which developer did the project. Developer fixed fee is agreed per project before work starts and deducted before Rehan takes the remainder. If the same BD person handles multiple profiles in a cycle, they earn 6% on each profile's net pool separately.

Worked example — Arslan profile ($10,000 cycle)

$10,000 in bank — Daniyal delivered, Sahiba managed BD
LineBasisAmount
Cash in bankAfter Upwork fees$10,000
Tax (15%)15% of $10,000- $1,500

Sahiba (25% of 80%)BD + co-founder$1,386

Direct / Outside projects

No platform fee. Tax and expenses deducted, then straight to distribution. Same tech and BD percentage rules apply.

Net distributable pool—$3,950

BD person (6%) if applicableWho won the client$237
Rehan — remainderCEO / owner$2,923
If no BD person was involved (client came directly), their 6% stays with Rehan. If Sahiba's team won it, they get 6% from the pool.

Fiverr profiles (coming soon — same formula)

Fiverr follows the exact same waterfall as Upwork. The only difference is who the "profile owner" is — the Fiverr gig account owner gets 10% of net after tax and expenses.

StepRule
Tax (15%)Same as Upwork — applied on bank receipt first
Company expensesSame — deducted after tax
Fiverr gig owner fee (10%)Applied on remainder after tax + expenses — same as Upwork profile owner fee
Net pool distributionSame BD % and tech % rules as Upwork BD profiles
When Fiverr profiles are active, they will be added to this matrix and the calculator with their assigned gig owner, BD person, and tech dev.

Worked example — BD profile e.g. Aks ($10,000 cycle)

$10,000 in bank — Yasir managed BD, external dev delivered at $500 fixed fee
LineBasisAmount
Cash in bankAfter Upwork fees$10,000
Tax (15%)15% of $10,000- $1,500
Company expensesActual receipts- $800
Profile owner fee10% of $7,700- $770
Developer fixed feePre-agreed per project- $500
Net pool (after dev fee)—$6,430
Yasir BD (6%)6% of $6,930 pool$416
Rehan (remainder)Everything after BD %$6,014
Total—$6,430
Yasir's 6% is calculated on the net pool before the dev fee deduction. Dev fixed fee comes out as a project cost. Rehan takes what remains.

Products

Currently one product — DevOutReach. Simple fixed percentage model.

DevOutReach — Email Automation System

DevOutReach is Devlet's email automation and outreach platform built by Abdullah. Revenue is generated when users subscribe or pay for access. Distribution is simple — Abdullah gets 10% of whatever comes in, Rehan takes the rest.

PersonRole%On $1,000/month
AbdullahBuilt and maintains the product10%$100
RehanCEO / owner — everything remaining90%$900
Total100%$1,000
Abdullah's 10% is calculated on net revenue — after payment gateway fees and any hosting/infrastructure costs for the product are deducted. Paid monthly when revenue is received.
When users start coming in: Abdullah's percentage is reviewed by Rehan. It can be increased based on product growth, Abdullah's continued maintenance role, and new features added. Any change is agreed and documented before the next payment cycle.
No revenue = no payment. Abdullah earns only when DevOutReach generates paying users. There is no retainer or guaranteed amount.

Content and Brand

Voxcuria, YouTube, Instagram — calculated on net profit after expenses. Channel owner gets 10%, then Atiqa and Zarish each get 6%.

Content waterfall

Direct production costs come out first, then the channel/platform owner fee, then creator percentages on what remains.

AtiqaContent Lead — strategy, creation, channel management6%$97
ZarishSocial media — Instagram, content publishing6%$97
RehanCEO / owner — everything remaining88%$1,426
Total100%$1,620
Atiqa and Zarish each get 6% of the net distributable (after costs and channel owner fee are removed). Rehan receives the remaining 88%. Channel owner fee is separate and paid before this split.
Both earn equally and independently. Atiqa's 6% is not linked to Zarish's 6%. This is a channel-level percentage applied to total cycle earnings, not per video or per post.
No earnings = no payment. If the channels generate zero revenue, no payment is made. No retainer or guaranteed amount for any person.
Channel owner fee applies to Fiverr too. When Fiverr is active, the same 10% gig owner fee applies on net earnings after expenses — before Atiqa/Zarish percentages if content work is involved.

Ground Rules

Non-negotiable. Every stream follows these.

Core rules

Rule 1 — Always on net, never gross. Tax, expenses, and any platform fees come out first. Every percentage is calculated on what remains. No exceptions.
Rule 2 — Agree before starting. Developer fees, fixed costs, and splits must be documented before any project or cycle begins. No retroactive changes.
Rule 3 — No delivery = no percentage. Developers earn only on projects they personally delivered. BD people earn only on clients or projects they personally generated. Content team earns only when the channel generates revenue.
Rule 4 — Fixed fees are costs, not percentages. External or other developers get a pre-agreed fixed price per project, deducted as a cost before any split. They have no ongoing percentage claim.
Rule 5 — Percentages can be increased, never assumed. All rates (Daniyal 20%, Abdullah 10%, Shakeel 6%, Ahsan 3%, BD 6%, content 6%) are reviewed and can be raised by Rehan as CEO. Any increase is documented in writing before the next cycle.
Rule 6 — Equity is separate from profit sharing. Earning a percentage does not mean owning the company. Equity is granted only by Rehan + Sahiba decision, based on sustained long-term contribution.
Rule 7 — Quarterly reporting is mandatory. At the end of every 3-month cycle: total received, all deductions, and individual payouts must be documented and shared with everyone who earned from that cycle.
Rule 8 — No payment without receipts on expenses. Any amount deducted as a company expense must have a receipt or invoice. Undocumented expenses are not deductible.
